About Stacy
I’m Stacy Joslin, Welling’s Founder and Coach-Consultant. It’s good to meet you.
For more than 25 years, I built a career leading complex initiatives in corporate America, working with organizations such as Pfizer, Novartis, and IHG and spending several years as a consultant as well. Along the way, I witnessed something familiar to so many professionals: talented, dedicated people running on empty.
The pace could be relentless, and expectations high. Too often, wellbeing became something to address “when things slowed down,” which they rarely did. And though many of my corporate ports of call worked hard to create an environment of balance and promote the overall wellbeing of the employees in their care, others did not. People burned out…
…including me.
That lived experience inspired me to create Welling—an integrated wellbeing consultancy dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations build sustainable wellbeing, resilience, and presence in today’s work environment–both in and out of the office.
My approach blends evidence-based health coaching with mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation. Every experience is designed to be practical, accessible, and immediately applicable. Whether I’m facilitating a leadership retreat, guiding a workplace workshop, coaching an executive, or leading a restorative practice, my aim is to share information and offer modalities that my clients can apply outside our sessions to help them nurture their wellness continuously.
I believe wellbeing isn’t about adding one more thing to an already full schedule. Instead, it’s about changing how we move through the lives we have, and applying small, meaningful practices that make an enormous positive difference over time without feeling overwhelming in the moment.
My credentials include the following:
- National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
- Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC)
- Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist
- E-RYT 200 / RYT-500 / YACEP Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
- Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (Veteran’s Yoga Project)
- MBA and a Master of International Business (University of Pittsburgh)
I’m also the founder of Sunny Street Yoga and Executive Director of the Sunny Street Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to wellness programs for communities in need.
Whether you’re looking to reduce burnout, cultivate resilient leadership, support employee wellbeing, or simply create a stronger environment of balance for yourself or your team, I’d be honored to partner with you.
Let’s find some room to breathe… and to thrive.
