Sustainable wellbeing for modern professionals. Room to breathe.

Lead with Wellbeing.

Room to breathe isn’t a luxury.

It’s what drives both sustainable performance and personal wellbeing.

Welling helps individuals and organizations create sustainable ways to work, lead, and live. Through workshops, group and personal coaching, retreats, and immersive wellbeing experiences, we help modern professionals cultivate steadier energy, clearer thinking, and room to breathe, reconnect, rest, and thrive.

Center, Rest, Receive–A Weekend Retreat

Fall invites us to go inward and rest. Our annual November retreat at Lake Rabun is structured to help you do exactly that—releasing what weighs you down so that you can rest peacefully in the quiet months that follow.

Our day consists of all-levels yoga, wellness and self-care workshops, a healthy and delicious lunch, and optional pre-session morning stretch and evening moonlight Yoga Nidra.

Enrollment (including all Saturday activities, evening Nidra, morning stretch, and lunch), is discounted to $349 until September 1–$399 thereafter. All proceeds from this event support the mission of the Sunny Street Initiative.
